Quality Management Consulting
Your service provider in quality management
Working according to internationally recognized quality guidelines is today a basic requirement in quality management in order to remain competitive in tenders or price negotiations. A transparent, quality-assuring and self-regulating process structure contributes to being able to survive on a national and international level.
It is therefore becoming increasingly important to set the course at an early stage and to check processes, products and manufacturing processes for risks. The manufacturability of the product in connection with a recognized quality management is the main focus. Hidden cost-driving factors must be identified in good time.
I support and advise you in order to achieve the best possible profit for you with optimal quality planning, quality control and quality assurance.
Jörg Koch, your Quality Management Consultant

Process Management
Process Management comprises the design, documentation, control and improvement of business processes. A process is a defined process with a group of related activities within a company that leads to a result. Through a functioning, comprehensive process management, time and costs can be saved and competitiveness can be improved. Employees are relieved and customer and supplier support is significantly optimized.
Project Management
In order to achieve the goals of a project, a company needs well planned Project Management from A to Z, in which all processes are coordinated during the project flow. This also includes the deployment and management of all project participants to ensure that the project goals are achieved, including the necessary training. As your Project Manager, I have the task of defining the project, am responsible for project planning and implementation and for the successful completion of the project.
Supplier Management
Supplier Management is an important pillar in a strategic purchasing process and includes the evaluation of a potential or already commissioned supplier, its development and integration into the organization and product development. Supplier audits are carried out by a certified Process Auditor. With the VDA 6.3 standard, series and service processes of automotive suppliers are evaluated with the aim of minimizing risks and improving results.
Audit
An audit is a documented procedure for the systematic, independent investigation and evaluation of processes in the work process and the resulting results on the basis of defined criteria. An audit determines whether the work process meets the requirements, whether these are efficiently implemented and whether defined goals can be achieved. Process Audits are an integral part of a quality management system.
Six Sigma
The Six Sigma process is a method in quality management and is applied with the aim of fulfilling customer wishes in the most profitable way possible. Six Sigma helps the company to achieve virtually error-free products and processes. This paves the way for the consistent alignment of a company with the requirements of its customers. A Six Sigma structure is an indicator for continuous improvement, process optimization and cost reduction.
APQP-RGA
APQP refers to ongoing project management that also focuses on the planning of the product itself and its quality. By creating transparency throughout the entire development process, errors can be detected and eliminated quickly. RGA stands for maturity level assurance of new parts according to VDA. The evaluation of the project maturity in the development process of a product is carried out using appropriate parameters.
