Audit

The process audit is part of the quality management system of a company. It checks certain processes and workflows for systematic errors and leads to capable and controlled processes in which factors such as inefficiency and faulty processes no longer play a role. A company’s quality management system includes a defined audit plan. Process audits are carried out system or project-oriented. In a system-oriented audit, only directly affected management processes are audited and not the entire production process.
The project-oriented audit takes place at fixed times in order to detect deficits in development and planning processes in good time. The supplier audit, a special form of audit, creates transparency throughout the entire supply chain. The supplier audit is part of supplier management and evaluates the organizational and technical performance of a supplier. With the help of the potential analysis, the relationships between risk and advance planning for risk assessment are determined.
This includes supplier selection, evaluation and development. The efficiency of the processes is determined with key figures, in addition there is a self-disclosure of the supplier. Following a supplier audit, its potential is assessed and a risk assessment prepared. The service audit is a means of checking the quality of services in a process flow In the case of service providers (distributors/dealers), purchasing, material management, advance quality planning and in series production, supplier management including quality support are evaluated.

As a certified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor I lead you to your goal step by step – I audit your internal processes as well as your suppliers.
If you have any questions in advance, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Structured approach

With his structured approach, Jörg Koch has been a valuable contact not only for his commissioned SQE activity, but also for other quality-relevant areas. He also proved this in short training sessions for the development team. He always cultivated a friendly and at the same time determined relationship with external partners and was thus able to implement the SQE requirements for Schaeffler very well. We would like to thank Mr. Koch for his commitment and would like to use him again for corresponding projects if required.
