Process Management – Designing Processes

A process management comprises the design, documentation, control and improvement of business processes.  A process is a defined process with a group of related activities within a company that leads to a  result. Through a functioning, comprehensive process management, time and costs can be saved and competitiveness can be improved. Employees are relieved and customer and supplier support is significantly improved. In addition, more sophisticated specialization and the resulting greater networking within companies and in communication with customers and suppliers are leading to ever more complex tasks.
To ensure good process management, the criteria must be described and documented accordingly. This includes the process responsibility, the inputs (triggers) of the process and the process handling. Which documents can be used? The question of responsibilities in the various activities and areas needs to be clarified. How do they proceed in the event of malfunctions or changes? What are the outputs? How are the objectives of the process defined? What is important is the efficiency of the process, measured with the target/actual comparison and visualized and evaluated on the basis of key figures.

A target-oriented process management contributes significantly to the success of a company. As your process manager, I will define and optimize your processes, work with state-of-the-art tools and guide those involved through all the necessary steps. I describe the process and create a documentation which can be accessed by every responsible employee. Through analysis and documentation I create transparency in your business processes. The responsibilities in the processes require process-oriented thinking and acting. In order to achieve this, your employees will be trained and instructed accordingly, so that cross-departmental communication and coordination will work.
