Project Management

Define, plan, control, monitor and complete projects

Project Management – Description

In order to achieve the goals of a project, a company needs well planned Project Management from A to Z, in which all processes are coordinated during the project flow.

This also includes the deployment and management of all project participants to ensure that the project goals are achieved, including the necessary training.

In addition to the project management the Process Management is a basis where business processes are identified, designed, documented, controlled and improved in order to efficiently achieve corporate goals.

As your project manager, I will correctly determine and plan your resources and costs. The tasks within a project are coordinated by me, processes and intermediate goals are defined. For a successful holistic project management I use the most modern methods, software and tools and define the areas of action and responsibility within the project team. I monitor the progress of all sub-projects up to successful completion.

When planning a project, the project structure for the project management is determined, project manager and team are appointed. Work steps up to the next milestone are established.
During the implementation of a project, the project manager is responsible for the monitoring, which is part of the project management.

Implementation

The project manager monitors the progress of the project. As a rule, adjustments are necessary, which the project manager carries out by revising the project plan, defining and monitoring new measures.

Completition

The final result of the project is approved. Then the complete process is analysed and checked. The results can be included in the next project planning.

Structured approach

With his structured approach, Jörg Koch has been a valuable contact not only for his commissioned SQE activity, but also for other quality-relevant areas. He also proved this in short training sessions for the development team. He always cultivated a friendly and at the same time determined relationship with external partners and was thus able to implement the SQE requirements for Schaeffler very well. We would like to thank Mr. Koch for his commitment and would like to use him again for corresponding projects if required.
